Fees above are applicable for the academic year 2011-2012. Fees are payable semester-wise, prior to commencement of the semester.
Late registration fee: AED 500 if fees are not paid latest by the first day of the new semester.
Exam fee: AED 200 per course, per semester. It varies slightly from semester to semester depending on the number of courses. Example: If there are 5 courses in semester, 5x200 or AED 1000 per semester.
Health Insurance card is mandatory. RN-BSN Bridge Program students should have a valid Health Insurance car from the government or should be adequately covered under health insurance by a current employer.
Lab Caution Deposit, a one-time payment, will be refunded on leaving the institution subject to no damage or loss to items/property. Students will be required to buy instruments and personal protective gear including uniforms, masks, gloves etc, as required.
Students Residence Facility: The Government of RAK has built state-of-the-art student residence facilities in the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) Campus for students pursuing higher education in institutions in Ras Al Khaimah including RAKMHSU. Payment by credit card is also accepted as per rules and regulations of the university. Only the Net Amount Credited into bank account is considered. For Telex Transfers, please add AED 75 towards bank charges. After remittance through bank transfer, scan and email or fax us the transaction receipt to 0097172269998 to help track the payment.
Refund Policy Refund requests should be made at the Office of Registration through a written request enclosing ID card and original fee receipt. Refund will be made only after clearance of dues, if any. The refund policy applies to all semesters. On approval of the refund claim, the amount shall be refunded as mentioned below.

Note: Students who do not report for orientation, registration and classes for any reasons should submit fee refund claim within 15 days from the date of orientation. No refunds will be entertained later.
Refund of Transport Fee: Students not availing transport within two weeks of commencement of classes will be refunded 50% of the transport fee. Beyond two weeks, the fee paid is non-refundable.
