Studying dentistry in this university has been by far a unique experience.
All the professors of RAKCODS have been teaching a long time and carefully observe the learning curve of each of the students and pay attention to their willingness and effort in the office. When they can, they will share with you what they are working on and introduce diagnosis and treatment planning and educate you on different cases. They practice intelligently and teach you about the business side of dentistry as well. Before this program I did not realize all that it took to run a practice and am extremely grateful for everything that I am learning.

After completing your 5 years at dental school you can opt to practice or receive additional training in the following areas: orthodontics (teeth straightening),endodontic (root canals), prosthodontics (crowns and major mouth reconstruction), pediatric dentistry, oral pathology (diseases of the head and neck), public health, radiology or oral maxi facial surgery (extractions, jaw resections) in the hospital which is built within the university…there is easy access to the hospital and university located within the same building rather than having to go at 2 separate places.
